HI--HO, HI--HO, OFF SULYANA GOES!
Many Little Girls have their favorite Walt Disney Princesses. For seven-year-old Suly, no one
topped Snow White. Suly’s room was covered in Snow White decorations, from her lap, to
her pillowcase; she even had a Snow White watch. Suly wanted to watch her favorite move
every day!
When wish granters asked Suly what her greatest wish was, she said simply, “to meet Snow White.” So the Make-A-Wish Foundation sent Suly and her family on a trip to that magical place where wishes come true and luckily, where Snow White lives...Walt Disney World!
For days, Suly and her family went from one park to the next looking at animals, riding rides, meeting characters, and seeing shows. They all had an enchanting time, and Suly loved meeting Mickey and Minnie, but she still felt like something was missing.
One day, on their way to another show, Suly said she wanted to go to the castle at Give Kids the World Village, a special place for wish kids and their families. She wanted to go there because she heard that Snow White was there! So she ran ahead of her family into the castle and who was waiting right at the door for HER...none other than Snow White herself.
Suly spent half the day with Snow White as she introduced Suly to Happy, Grumpy, Sleepy, Sneezy, Dopey, Bashful and Doc! Suly also introduced her new friend to her sister, mom and dad. It was the moment she’d been waiting for and better than she imagined.
Upon their return, Suly and her family brought pictures and memories that will last them for years after the wish was granted. For a few days, Suly and her family didn’t have to think about doctors appointments or medicine and got to experience the magic and power of a wish.
